First Tuesday of the Month - There is a regular Coffee Morning held at Bow Garden Centre between 10.30am and 11.30am. It is a drop in session, so no prebooking is required.

Tuesday and Thursday - The Growing Well Garden, Bow, runs drop in sessions for Social and Theraputic horticulture between 10:00am to 12:00pm. No appointment needed
Friday - An "Online" Mindfulness Meditation Group runs on a weekly basis from 10:00am to 10:30am. Please register your interest via the JoyApp
